Fiona Faulkner has been in the secret address book of mummies from Alice Temperley to Sarah Beeny and recently revealed her foodie secrets in the highly acclaimed 25 Foods Kids Hate and How To Get Them Eating 24 (Aug 2011, New Holland).

Fiona is a brilliant and creative home cook as well as mother to three children, who she describes as her perfect recipe-testers. She has converted countless kids to fall in love with their veg through her Toddler Chef workshops – which in turn inspired her to write her popular first cookbook.

Fiona is the face of Flora on-line, responsible for creating monthly recipes, Facebook posts, and video demonstrations. You can also find her on the Morrisons website where again she presents recipes, hints and tips to camera.

This winter 2011 Fiona has been working with Lyle’s Golden syrup with a brief to develop unusual and fun alternatives to Christmas pudding.

Fiona’s media career started in radio presentation. She was Chris Evans’ travel girl in addition to presenting a music and lifestyle show for the TLRC radio network – broadcasting to nearly a million listeners every evening.

She is a sought-after journalist and freelances for The Evening Standard and The Independent – often writing about family friendly travel. Likewise she has been invited to contribute to Netmum’s celebrity blogging site.

Whether its on television or in a magazine Fiona’s tone is always upbeat, friendly and accessible. Recent TV credits include ITV’s Lorraine and ITV’s Daybreak.

The reviews for 25 Food. have been extremely positive with excellent features in The Sunday Times, Red, Netmums, Delicious, and Practical Parenting.

A self-confessed baking geek and Twitter addict, Fiona lives in Somerset with her husband and children.
