Borra Garson

Founder, Borra Garson has been in the agency business since 1992 and solidified her reputation in the celebrity chef world when she signed up the (then unknown) Jamie Oliver and represented him for six years. Borra has also worked with John Torode, Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and numerous other top chef names. Still to this day, her favourite part of being an agent is signing up promising and relatively unknown talent and nurturing them through a long term successful media career.

Jan Croxson

Director of Talent, Jan, joined DML in 2009 and has a wealth of experience gained over 20 years working within the industry. Prior to working at DML, she discovered and managed high profile stars such as Dermot O’Leary, Vernon Kay, Fearne Cotton and Davina McCall. Jan has a huge network of contacts and a great track record in spotting new unknown talent and developing long and lucrative careers with them. Jan is always firm but fair when it comes to getting the best opportunities for her clients and has an excellent reputation.

Louise Leftwich

Agent and Office Manager, Louise joined the company in 2012. Having studied Theatre at university, Louise went on to spend time time in both casting and agenting before finding her feet at DML. Louise has a keen interest in nurturing fresh talent, particularly the growing online 'YouTuber' generation, she really enjoys working with all of DML's clients assisting both Borra and Jan in their excellent management .

DML is constantly growing their range of services to clients.  We are currently working with a number of iconic sites across London and the UK, packaging caterings, talks and niche events for discerning clientele and high end sponsors. We are also striving to provide strategies to exploit social media and digital publishing for our clients, business partners and production houses. DML have published a branded cookery book for one of our projects, and we want to do more!  Media moves at a very fast pace and we are always thinking beyond the traditional agency role to provide relevant advice and management around new digital opportunities and form strategies in an expanding range of areas.
