Director of Talent, Jan, joined DML in 2009 and has a wealth of experience gained over 20 years working within the industry. Prior to working at DML, she discovered and managed high profile stars such as Dermot O’Leary, Vernon Kay, Fearne Cotton and Davina McCall. Jan has a huge network of contacts and a great track record in spotting new unknown talent and developing long and lucrative careers with them. Agent and Office Manager, Louise joined the company in 2012. Having studied Theatre at university, Louise went on to spend time time in both casting and agenting before finding her feet at DML.
